The Missed Lead Recovery Kit is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.
This product includes downloadable digital materials that can be accessed and retained immediately after payment. Unlike a physical product, it cannot be meaningfully returned once delivered.

If you experience a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevents delivery of the product, contact us at mike@mcnology.io and we will work to resolve the problem. Resolution may include re-delivery of the product or correction of the billing issue, as appropriate.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We would much rather fix a legitimate billing problem than waste everyone’s time fighting through processor paperwork.
