The Missed Lead Recovery Kit is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital files can be accessed, saved, and retained right away, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

If something is actually wrong, contact us first before filing a chargeback. Most legitimate issues can usually be fixed much faster without turning it into a processor dispute circus.
